- Make ready full cream milk
- Get pure ghee

- Deseed and Soak dates in milk for half an hour.
- Now grind dates in a mixer to a fine paste.
- Heat a tb spoon of pure ghee in a non-stick pan. Add almonds and roast in ghee till roasted brown. Remove it in a plate.
- Grind almonds when cool.
- Now add dates paste in remaining ghee and cook till it gets thicken and lumpy.
- Now add grinded almonds and almond meal and saute for 1 minute.
- Now grease a thali and pour the hot mixture on it and spread it evenly with the help of spetula. Keep aside for setting for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours cut pieces and garnish it with cashew nuts and serve this vegan dessert.
