- Take milk and heat it on high flame. Then lower the flame and boil the milk for 10-15 mins
- In another vessel heat some ghee and add the sliced dry fruits(almond kaju & pista) and roast till golden in colour. Take them out on a plate
- Then add some more ghee and fry dates for 2-3 mins and take them out on a plate
- Then add ghee to the same vessel now put the sewaiyya in it and roast till golden brown in colour. Then add water and let the sewaiyya become soft.
- Once they are soft add sugar and let it dissolve and then add the boiled milk and mix them and allow them to boil
- Then add milkmaid to the milk and cook for 10 mins on low flame. By covering the lid. Serve hot with roasted dry fruits and dates.
