- Fry gond on low flam (slowly & gradually)
- Fry dry fruits in the same pan for 2 to 3 minutes
- Roast dry coconut powder without ghee for 2 minutes
- Grind dry fruits in mixer
- Dry khajur 12/15 nos. Grind in mixer
- Crush gond
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl & add 1 tsp ajwain powder
- Add 250 gm jaggery in same pan
- As soon as jaggery melts add ¼ cup melon seeds & 1 tbsp water
- Add jaggery syrup in the dry ingredients and mix well
- Now make laddu
