- Get 1 Monterey Jack Cheese thin slices(OPTIONAL)
- Take Nopales
- Make ready 1 packages diced Nopales
- Prepare 1 diced onion
- Make ready 1 diced tomatoes(I used 1 large)
- Make ready 1 bunch diced cilantro(optional)
- Make ready 1 cup squeezed limon(you can add more or less your choice)
