2. Make a big roti with the dough from the dough.prick it evenly with a fork cut into a equal triangle and keep aside.
3. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep fry.a few nachos chips at a time.on a medium flame till turn crisp and golden brown color from both the sides.drain the nacho chips on an absorbent paper cool the nacho chips.
4. For white sauce-put butter in a pan.now put maida to sleep when the butter is poured.now add milk and mix it.add chilli flax,black pepper,origano,salt mix well.
5. Assembled nachos chip in a plate and pour cream into it..
