- Heat the pan, add oil when oil is nice and hot add our puree and saute well for 2-3 minutes.now add all masalas n mix well
- When pan leaves oil from sides at that time add mashed vegetables and give a nice stir n cook for around 5-7 minutes. When bhaji is ready add lime juice and mix well.
- Heat the tava add one teaspoon of buuter and roast paav both sides
