We cooked this one with ugu vegetables. I like it more when the groundnut is roasted a little bit before grinding like this one.

- Wash the cow head and leg very well,cut in to your desired size.then put in a clean pot,pour enough water that will Cook it,add half of the chopped onion and salt cover and allow it to Cook for 20mnt
- Wash the peppers, cut and blend it smoothly. Then pour it in to the cooked pomo
- The add the palm oil and vegetable oil as i mentioned the measurement
- Add in your seasoning, salt,maggi,vedan,spicy chilli,ginger and grinded groundnut then stir it well. Cover the pot and allow it to cook for 10mnt
- Add the Moringa leaf,allow it for another 10mnt to cook
- Add the chopped spinach (vegetable)
- Lastly add scallion(spring onion) and the remaining chopped onion
- Stir it well and allow it to cook for 15mnt
- Serve and enjoy with any kind of meal
