- Keep a pan to get heat all oil add green chilli once get fragnant add all veggies and saute for few minutes fry on high flame until it get crunchy
- Add soya sauce vinegar and saute it add salt pepper powder again mix it with spatula add cooked noodles. It should rinse wel and drain completly. Add noodles to fried veggies mix it completely and keep it for cool aside
- To make sheets take a big vessel add maida ghee salt and knead the soft dough. Knead dough adding little little water.dough should be soft to roll it. Cover the dough of few minutes.
- For making spring roll grease your hand with oil and knead it again make small ball to roll it like roti in a rolling borad using dry dough to it while rolling
- Roll a big roti then cut it into square shape with the help of pizza cutter. Place the stuffing at edges. Roll one edge wrapping. Bring other 2 side to the centre and wrap the left over egde and roll it tightly using cornstarch slurry. Seal it completely. Repeat making all spring rol
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Place spring roll to it fry in medium flame till it get golden brown in colour. Keep stirring for even frying
- Once it gets golden in colour transfer them into a kitchen tissue. Serve it in a serving plate along with Schezwan chutney and tomato ketchup. serve hot
