Instructions to make Beans-Peas Curry:
- In a Microwave bowl add peas, cut beans and add. Wash properly. Into add chopped Tomato and Onion. Mix well and microwave it for 5 mins.
- Meanwhile in another bowl put buttermilk. Into add Besan and stir properly to avoid lumps. In a small tadka pan put some oil. As oil get heated add Ajwain and Hing.
- Add tadka and Besan batter into the vegetables once done. Mix all together. Microwave it for another 10 mins.
- After 10 mins take out from Microwave. Stir it one and keep it againg for anonther 5 mins. After 5 mins take it out and Garnish it with Coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve hot with Chapati. Enjoy Meal!
