1. Marinate Chicken with all the ingredients listed under it and keep refrigerated overnight. Oil along with Butter or Ghee should also be used in the marination as mentioned. Olive oil is the best. But you can use any other light flavoured one. I have used Canola Oil here.
2. Heating the charcoal barbecue is the first step. After this it becomes so much easier. While barbecuing, use extra oil if you wish. It makes the chicken more juicy and succulent.
