- Fish is already smoked, so I just wash in warm water, pour into my pot, season to taste with knorr cubes and pepper and steam for 5 mins
- Add oil to the steaming fish
- By now, my okra should have been washed and cut into very tiny slices. Pour in the sliced Okro into steaming pot
- Cover for 5 mins then add plenty onions, crayfish,salt,pepper, knorr cubes and leave to steam
- Add properly washed and sliced Ugu leaves into steaming pot, stir properly and leave to cook for 2 mins, bring pot down
- Serve with any swallowables. I served with eba
