Steps to make Alfredo Chicken Pasta:
- In a wok add oil and butter and add the chicken to it. When the chicken changes it's colour add garlic paste, salt and peppers. Mix. Remove in a separate bowl.
- Now in the same wok, add 3 tbsp butter, garlic paste and flour and sauté for a minute.
- Now add the vegetables and sauté. Then add pasta water, milk and cream. Mix nicely.
- Now add the salt and peppers and the pasta. Mix everything nicely. Then add in the cooked chicken. Mix well.
- In the end turn off the stove and add cheese. Mix well and it's ready to serve.
- Serve immediately as the sauce gets dry very fast.
