- In heavy-based pan boil the milk.
- Once the milk gets boiled add the rice into it, you have to cook the whole thing at low flame.
- Cook until the rice gets soft consistency,keep stirring so that you can avoid burning
- Once the rice gets soft add 1/4sugar you can also add jaggery instead
- Roast the chasew in ghee separately
- Once the sugar gets dissolve add the cardamom into it which gives flavor
- Finally add the ghee and cashew
- Serve it in a bowl and enjoy your dessert
