Steps to make Anda Biryani New style:
- First boil the eggs and keep aside.Fry Onion and make birista from it.
- Heat oil add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 min, then add akkha garam Masala mix well tomato mix well and fry for 2 min then add half birista mix well.
- Now add salt and tumeric powder mix well. Close lid cook till tomatoes get soft.
- Now open lid and add Red chilly powder mix well.
- Now in other pan add oil then add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies fry for 2 min on low flame then add sauces mix well add vinger mix well. Cook for 2 min on High Flame.
- Now add the sauces mixture in biryani masala. Now beat curd till smooth then add it in biryani masala cook for 3 to 4 min on low flame then switch off the gas flame.
- Now cut eggs. Make 4 pieces from 1 egg. And chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves. This is for topping
- Now boil Rice add water in vessel or cooker add lemon juice, oil and salt in it.cook till water start Boiling. Then add rice in it. And boil till 60% rice cooked. Then strain it.
- Now set the layers of biryani. First set thin layer of rice. Then add Masala layer, on this spread half chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and birista.
- On this keep boiled eggs. Then spread other boiled rice on top. And add 2 tbsp hot oil on it. Then add lemon juice on it.
- Now spread remaining mint leaves, birista on top. Close lid cook it on high flame for 4 min then 25 min on low flame. Or till biryani is ready.
