- Make ready mayonnaise
- Take shreded mozzarella cheese
- Prepare garlic salt
- Take hot sauce, I like sriracha
Instructions to make Spinach , Artichoke And Roasted Red Pepper Dip:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Squeeze all liquid from thawed spinach. Add into a large mixing bowl.
- To the spinach add the diced pepper, artichokes , cheeses , spices and mayo.
- Mix well.
- Place in one 7x 11 baking dish or two 8x8. You will serve in these so clean up edges from any excess.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
- You can save one 8 x8 and cover tightly and freeze , uncooked for later use. Just take out and thaw and bake as directed above.
- Serve this torn bits of freshly baked bread or favorite crackers. Fresh from the oven is best.
