  1. Preheat oven to 180Β°c Pop a pan of boiling water on for Broccoli.
  2. Cut Broccoli into long florets and add to boiling water for around 4-5mins
  3. Cut bacon and add to frying pan and cook until crispy
  4. Whilst bacon cooks, crack and beat eggs lightly in bowl. Add double cream, salt, pepper and garlic granules and whisk lightly.
  5. Drain crispy bacon off on some kitchen paper to take remaining grease off
  6. Line your baking tin with the round larger piece of greaseproof and make sure it covers the edges.
  7. Drain your Broccoli and set aside
