  1. In chopper add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, almonds, cashew, lemon juice and chop well and set aside
  2. In bowl add boneless beef cubes raw papaya paste and mix well cover and merinate for 30 minutes
  3. In bowl add merinate beef, yoghurt, fresh cream,kasuri methi, green chilli paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cooking oil
  4. Mix well cover and merinate for 4 to 6 hours into refrigerator
  5. Thread merinated meat into skewers
  6. Put skewers in (burning charcoal) bbq grill and grill from all sides until done and basting with oil
