- Spray the pan with cooking spray add tortilla both cheeses as much as you like, add meat, a little cilantro, & chipotle amount of choice close tortilla and cook both sides till crispy goodness.
- serve with salsa, I like to warm in a small bowl add in chopped cilantro and serve in center. Sprinkle Mexican cheese around & cilantro.
