- Prepare 2 green chillis

Steps to make Matar paratha with tomato chutney:
- Peel the peas and grind them with green chillis. Then heat 2.tbsp oil and fry the peas masala till it is semi dry. You have to keep stirring it till ready
- The make the dough with wheat flour, 2 tbsp oil, salt and water. Keep aside
- Make the tomato chutney. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the cumin, rai,etc mixture. Then chop all the chutney ingredients like aam papad, dates and tomatoes.
- Add them in heated oil. Cook for 2 m minutes till tomatoes are soft. Add the gud or jaggery.
- Now divide the dough into 9-10 balls. Roll each ball, stuff the peas mixture. Close the ball and roll out paratha. Shallow fry on tawa and serve with tomato chutney
