- Prepare 500 gms broccoli florets

- In a wok, take 1tbsp olive oil, once the oil becomes hot add crushed garlic and toss it for 10seconds, then add the blanched broccoli florets, salt and mix well and toss it on a low-medium flame for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl take 1tbsp schezwan &1tbsp soy sauce, to that add cornflour, water and ketchup mix well and pour it over the cooked broccoli.
- Toss the broccoli in the sauce for another 5 minutes over medium high flame and then switch off that gas, sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on it and serve.
