  1. Mix paneer cubes with 1 tbsp cornflour salt and pepper. Keep aside Heat oil in a wok or kadai. Stir fry these paneer cubes in high flame until they are golden brown. Take out and drain excess oil.
  2. Now in the same kadai, add another tbsp spoon oil, add 1 tsp of light soya sauce, add garlic, onions and stir fry till they are crunchy and half done.
  3. Now add schezwan sauce tomato ketchup, salt and stir for a minute on high flame.
  4. Now add the paneer cubes and capaicum and mix well.
  5. Mix 1tbsp cornflour with 1/2 cup water and pour over the paneer.
  6. Switch off the gas immediately Serve hot with fried rice or noodles…. Or just good to have it plain
