- Bring to boil and cook until mushy. After 2 min add roasted suji while stirring continuously

- Mix maida and little water and make slurry. In a plate take bread crumbs and add chili flakes
- Dip cutlet into slurry and coat with bread crumbs
- Shallow fry on tawa and serve with bread butter and masala chai.
