- Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 4-5 Curry leaves
- Get 1 onion chopped

- Make ready 1/4 tsp Jeera(cumin) powder
- Make ready 1 pinch turmeric powder
- Take 1 tsp Sugar
- Get To taste salt
- Make ready 1 tsp red Chilli powder
- Take handful Coriander leaves

- First put Bhakri in a kadhai, add some water and soak it just for 2-3 sec.
- Remove it and crumble.(Don't make it too mushy)
- If you are using Chapati no need to soak.direct crumble and add.
- Add all the masala : Turmeric powder, Jeera powder, salt, sugar and Chilli powder And keep ready.
- In a kadhai, add Oil, Mustard seeds, til, Jeera for Tadka.
- Add curry leaves, onion and garlic
- Saute for few mins.
- Once onion is brown, Add the mixture and mix well.
- Add some Coriander leaves and serve hot. U can also enjoy with curd or buttermilk.
