Steps to make Veg Manchurian gravy:
  1. In a bowl,add cabbage, carrot, grated ginger grated garlic, some chopped capsicum, some spring onions, black pepper powder, salt, maida and cornflour to form a soft dough.
  2. Make small size balls from them. Fry them on a medium flame till golden brown in colour. Keep aside.
  3. Take a kadhai. Heat oil. Add some spring onions, chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped onions, squared capsicums, slit chillies and saute on a high flame.
  4. Add some soya sauce, chings stir fry sauce, salt, pepper powder and stir fry well.
  5. After you mix, add some water to make gravy. Let it boil on medium flame.
  6. Now in a small bowl take 2 tspn cornflour and 1/4 tspn water to form a lump free slurry.
  7. Add this slurry to the gravy and let it boil till it thickens. Thickness depends on your choice, so accordingly you can add slurry(more or less).
  8. Now add the fried balls to them, sprinkle some spring onions, mix well and serve hot!! Goes well with fried rice!!
