  1. Take maida /allpurpose flour in a bowl.Add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well.Add little by little water and mix well to make soft dough.Cover with damp cloth and keep it aside.
  2. Heat sauce pan and add ghee and fry all the dry fruits. Make smooth paste of dates.Add this dates to the dry fruits mixture and mix. Then add khoya and stir nicely. Add sugar and mix well. Cook for 5 mins till it becomes dry mixture.Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
  3. Take small portion of dough.Make round and roll it using rolling pin into small puri.Then put the khoya mixture in the center and cover it on all side.
  4. Dust the rolling plate with maida and roll it into small paratha very gently.Do not put pressure on it while rolling.
  5. Heat tawa and place this poli on it.Roast on both sides by adding ghee.Serve hot by adding more ghee on it.
