Steps to make Masala Mix Veg:
- Take a mixture jar grind onion, tomato, ginger,garlic and chilli.
- Wash and cut all the vegetables.
- Heat oil in a wok add grinded masala. Saute it for 6-7 minutes on low medium flame. Add salt, turmeric and coriander powder. Stir it continuesly.
- Add chopped vegetables. Mix it well. Cook it until all the vegetables becomes softened. Add 1/4 cup water. At last mix rest of the spices.
- Turn off the flame. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Transfer it in a serving bowl.
