  7. Add hung curd & cook in high flame & stir fast continuously.
  8. Keep out half veggies mixture.
  9. Mix yellow food colour in 1 part of cook rice.
  10. Layer rice on veggies next layer of veggies again spread of rice on the top spread colour rice.
  11. Cover &seal (with wheat flour dough)the lid for 5-7mnts in summer flame.
  12. After a few minutes break the seal & open the lid
  13. Burn coal put it in bowl arrange in biryani pan pour 1/4tsp ghee & cover the lid for few seconds.
  14. Open the lid Smoky flavour spread in biryani.
  15. Sprinkle fried onion Julienne serve with raita & papad.
