3. Now take a bread slice, apply the butter garlic mixture, sprinkle origano & chilli flales. On top add grated cheese, again origano & chilli flakes. Heat the pan, add the bread slice and cover it till cheese is melted. Alternatively the bread slice can be kept in microwave for few seconds toelt the cheese.
5. Cut each slices into two pieces. Transfer to serving plate. Sprinkle origano & chilli flakes if required.
