  1. Boil 3 cups water in a pan and add pinch of soda and salt in water.
  2. Add palak and blanch palak for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Once palak is blanch take out from water and let it be cool.
  4. Now crush in grinder and make a puree
  5. Heat oil in a pan also add butter.
  6. Once oil heat add garlic, ginger and chilli paste.
  7. Mix well also add cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon and dry red chilli.
  8. Add onion and saute for 2 to 3 minutes till onion get soft.
  9. Add tomato and cook in medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes and mix well.
  10. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala,coriander powder, kitchen king masala and mix
  11. Now add coriander paste and also add palak puree.
  12. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  13. Lastly add cheese and serve hot with paratha.
