The ingredients needed to make Kajoor ladoo:
- Take 1 box (approximately 55 to 56) khajur (dates)
- Take 10-12 each cashew nuts and Almond(kaju badam)
- Take 3 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
Steps to make Kajoor ladoo:
- Remove the seeds from dates (khajoor). Grind it make fine paste.
- Chopped some cashew nuts and Almonds approximately 2 tbsp, and also make fine powder from remaining cashew nuts and Almonds.
- In pan heat 3 tbsp of clarified butter. Add chopped Cashew nuts and Almond fry for 2 mins on low flame.
- Then add cashew nuts and Almonds powder mix well.
- After that add kajoor paste mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 min. Then switch off the gas flame. Let it cool down completely.
- Then make the khajur ladoo from it. Store in air tight container, keep in fridge. And use for 15 days.
