Steps to make White  fulgobi:
  1. Cauliflower cut into pieces.
  2. Wash them in hot water
  3. Then,fry them with salt in oil
  4. After fry the flower turn into golden brown
  5. Next, keep them in pot
  6. Next,cut all other vegetables.
  7. Fry the onion in oil till brown
  8. Mix milk and cornflour in a bowl
  9. Put it in pan with butter and stir
  10. Make the white sauce with sugar
  11. Fry the green peas
  12. Keep rest oil in pan with asafoetida,whole garam masala,garlic and dry chilli
  13. Tempt them with add fry cauliflower
  14. Saute them and add the sauce
  15. Mix them in pan with salt,pepper and ginger chilli paste.
  16. Saute them in pan.
  17. Add some milk and fry onion
  18. Saute and mix them during 3 min
  19. Turn off the gas and serve it in a bowl with green peas.
