  2. Prepare apples: peel and grate apples add sugar, raisins and cinnamon mix well and let it rest. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out your pastry to about 4-5 mm thick, sprinkle with grated walnut.
  3. Gently squeeze apple juice out and spread it out on top of walnut.
