Instructions to make Veg Manchurian with Gravy:
- For Manchurian Balls
- Firstly, wash and chop all the required veggies - Cabbage, Capsicum, french beans, carrots, onions, spring onions, ginger garlic green chilli paste.
- Now, squeeze all the water from cabbage and keep it aside
- Now in a big bowl add all the above-mentioned veggies. Mix well and add salt, all-purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper powder and salt.
- Now make small balls
- Heat oil in a kadhai and start frying all these balls
- Deep fry on high to medium flame and ensure that the balls are cooked from inside and crunchy outside. Take out the manchurian balls on a paper towel.
- For Gravy
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add ginger garlic green chilli paste.
- Now add all the veggies - onions, spring onions, capsicum and French beans
- Mix well and add black pepper powder
- Now add all the sauces - red chili sauce, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar.
- Mix it well and add salt.
- Now add two cups of water and bring it to boil
- Meanwhile prepare cornflour slurry by adding two tbsp of corn flour in 3-4 tbsp of water.
- Once the water start boiling add corn flour slurry. The mixture will start thickening and will become glossy.
- Now stir it for 2 mins and then add all the fried Manchurian balls. Mix it well and its Ready to serve.
- Veg Manchurian Gravy is ready to serve with hot bowl of fried rice or hakka noodles
