  2. Once the oil heats up add chopped onions and garlic, saute.
  3. Once they're half way cooked add red chillies and saute.
  4. Add curry leaves and tamrind chutney, saute.
  5. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  6. Add Coriander stings and saute. Let the mixture cool completely.
  7. Add the mixture to a mixer jar and add salt for taste. Add water as required.
  8. Churn until nice smooth paste consistency is achieved.
  9. For tempering, heat oil in a small pan.
  10. Add mustard seeds and saute.
  11. Add curry leaves and saute.
