  4. Add the stock (I used mushroom stock). Reduce until it is thick. About 15 minutes.
  5. Make two holes in the sauce with a wooden spoon. Crack the eggs and gently add into the holes. Lower the heat and let cook with the lid on. Season with salt and pepper.
